A day at the garden

We've been very lucky staying at Talabart's hostel this year. A part from the magnificent food and rooms that we could enjoy every single day, we had a great garden with a swimming pool, basketball net, volleyball net and table tennis tables.
Probably the most wanted and used by the students was the table tennis tables. Always playing Up to 7 points games, a huge number of kids used to wait for his time to play. Even this writer can't remember any lost game, I have to admit that the level of the students was excellent and expects a lot improve for next year making the Table Tennis Tournament 2010 one of the major contests of next year campus. Keep on practising kids, keep on playing...

Olympic Games

The firts weekend we had a very nice time, as we went on a excursion to the mountain house, we went rafting and we had our Olympic Games. There were several games the students had to play as dodgeball, bag races, scoring hability and the row. As you can see in the picture, the kids made a big effort to win every single game the get the points for the final classification. The blue team, leaded by Víctor was the winner of the row game. We have to say that this Olympic day left very nice pictures to remember. Can't wait for next summer and our new games!

Junior Golden Boot 2009

Ramon Isern has been our top scorer 2009. Leading since the league started the top scorers classification he has been the most regular scorer, scoring at least 1 goal in almost all the games. Exceptional was his match against the Canarinha team, in which he scored the 4 goals of his team. Next year he will be senior student, therefore he is going to have to work the double if he wants to have the same success as this year. Congratulations Ramon!

Goalkeeper Trainings

By Guille Termis
I'm Guille and I'm the goalkeeper of FC Stage Junior.
My training is difficult but I'm very happy with my coach, Rivera. My exercise are to block balls and aren't very difficult. I played with Javier Torras before but he has got an injury and he doesn't play so he went to his home. Now I have got another boy who I train with, his name is Alex Mercadé.
After a break, we play tournament and is very interesting because the teams are very good.

Table Tennis Tournament

By Javi Domingo and Rafa Claveria
Last night we played a table tennis torunament. It was in pairs and the match were to 15 points, but the final was to 21 points. We were 16 players and 8 pairs for the tournament. The judge were Jaime, Pollo, Baró and Rivera that they do it very well. Some matches were interesting but some others were very boring. We won the tennis table tournament (Javi Domingo and Rafa Claveria) against Guille Termis and Jordi Balcelll, the match was easy for us. I hope next year will win the tournament other time. The important is to participate, no fights and no discutions.

Football training

By Xavi Mañé
As you know, this weeks we have been playing football every day except on the weekends when we practice other activities. We have been playing football in Les' pitch. This football pitch is better than Vielha's one. The grass is very good for doing tackle! In the morning on this football pitch we do training and in the afternoon a championship.
At the football's training we are divided into 4 groups by ages. All this groups practice a lot of exercises in where we learn to control the ball, pass the ball properly, to do shoots better, heading the ball...
In the championship we are divided into five teams of diferent ages and levels in order to make the games equalate. This championship starts with a mini league and the firts four are qualified for the semi finals.
All these make our kills improve. We take adavantage. And all this together with my friends and coaches make this campus very good.

A night at the mountain

By Javi Vela and Rafa Claveria
On Friday evening we went with a car to a mountain's house. When we arrived we putted the bags and the sleepy bags into the house. At night time the group leaders gave us a picnic, after that we explained some funny stories and some jokes. After one hour we went to sleep. The next morning we woke up and had brakfast, then we walked down through the mountain and we went to do the rafting activity.

A Senior point of view

By Ernest Benedito
After the success of the FCStage 2008, it has grown up quitly. Right now we are in Les, the new village where it's made FCS. I think that here it's better than in Vielha, because it's smaller and we are rear from anywhere. Here there is a football pitch, the Les' school, where we do English class, a supermarket and the hotel and residence.
Because of the success of the fist generation of FCS, the number of people has been multiplied by three, so we have been divided in two groups: Junior and Senior. Everyday the seniors do three hours of english where we have improved a lot the language because the teachers try to combine english with football. We do another three hours of football where we enjoy a lot learning new things and tricks. Finally we have a tournament at the end where we do the best of us to win it.

My favorite day in the stage

By Pablo Navarro and Alex Merca

My favourite day starts when going to football stadium. This day Jaime said the groups of the training sessions. The coaches are: Quique, Jaime, Jorge, Nacho, Jordi and Jordi. This day the coach was Jaime. We started doing a "rondo" and later we went to the swimming pool with the towel for one hour, later we went to lunch.
And later we had a class ofEenglish. Our teacher is Charles. While we were in class rained a lot. And for this reason we didn't do the tournament. So we did it the next day. And finally we played a table tennis tournament and we went to bed.

Junior Table Tennis Tournament

Monday evening all the Junior students took part of the Table Tennis Tournament. After the draw, the KO games started. The students played 11 points games. The level of the players was excellent and we reached moments of high level table tennis in wich the group leaders were extremely surprised. After 22 individual games we arrived to the semi final matches. On the left side there was an apassionant game between Rafa Claveria and Balcells, with a final victory for Balcells. On the right side, Campins and JP played another extraordinary game. Only one of them could go through the final and it was Campins who achived his target. The Final was not a deception and the game beetwen Balcells and Campins was watched by all the campus students and group leaders. The victory was for Balcells, but Campins had a brilliant rush of points that left him very close to be the Championship. In general lines, we all had a great time together. We hope we will be able to play another tournament during the next few days.
