Senior football trainings

Written by Ignasi Arbusà

For us the trainings are the best part of our day. The FCStage trainings are amazing. We have a lot of material to use. FCStage brings new balls every year. But for us that is not the reason why the trainings are so good. The reason is the way that the trainers try to improve our football. They give us all we need.
They teach us the same way that we've been training since we were children in our school but they try to improve things that we can't improve by training for a saturday match. So we have more time to spend on working on our skills
So the summary is that in FCStage we improve by a different way of training. And always a better way!

Dodgeball Tournament

Written by Pablo Navarro & Victor Hernández

Yesterday night we did a dodgeball tournament in a gym. Dodgeball is a sport that is played by two teams of 6 players. The objective is that you must throw a ball that is in the middle of the pitch and you try to eliminate all the opposite team. You can eliminate the other players when you throw a ball and it touches one player and goes to the floor. But if you throw a ball and one of the others players blocks it you are eliminated and one of his team gets saved.
We did 6 teams splitted on two leagues of 3. The teams were the same than the football tournament and one of the teams was the group leaders team. Pol, one of the group leaders brought some music to listen. When we finished the leagues we played the semifinals and the final and the Group Leaders team won the tournament. To finish the night activity we did one match: group leaders Vs all the guys. And the Group Leaders won again!

Written by Pablo de Abadal

We did a table football tournament. We had to won 4 matches to win the competition. Firstly, we had to play against Joan Piñol and Joan Roca. We won 3-0. Later we played the quarterfinal against Leva & Javi Torras, we won 4-2. That match was very funny. After the quarterfinal we played the semifinal match against Rafa Clavería and Ignasi Arbusà. That match was very difficult but at the end we scored a lot of goals and we were classified for the final. In the final we won 5-2 against Regull and Anto. These types of tournaments are very funny because you can play with your friends.

American Court

Written by Javi Vela

On saturday we went to a small french village to play in an american court. We went there by van. When we arrived, the guides explained us the security rules. We started the activity into a short and easy level. When we finished it, we started a long and difficult level. We were very impressed because a lot uf us never had been before in a court like this. After that we did a circuit with only zip lines which was so difficult.
When we finished the activities we had 30 minutes of free time and we went to a mine underground. At the beginning we didn't had light, but at the end of it, some guys came with lights. It was so funny! It was a great experience!
