Assault Course

By Mateo Borés and Víctor Hernández

Last saturday we went to Adventure Park in France, at twenty minutes from Bóssost. Two american chicks called Evora and Candle came with us. We went with Deportur, an adventure sports company. In the adventure park there were: assault course, padle cars, bycilce and mines. When we arrived one teacher explained us how to make the assault course, security advises... There were two routes. One was easier than the other because the second has more obstacles. The obstacles were very difficult like tyrolines, rocks and ropes. After that we played cars, mines and other things. Was very very funny and was the first time all of us.

Mini Cops and Gangs

Written by Pablo Losa

We played Cops & Gangs. First we do the teams and then we decide who is Cop and who is Gang. The Gangs hide and Cops need to get them and take them to prison. When I’m a Cop I take all the Gangs to the prison so the Cops win. It’s great and I like this game I want to do it again.

The exercises were: Zig-Zag between cones, Shoot at Minigoals, the Mine Field game, Bowling Kick, Olympic Goal, the Goal of your Life, some Kick ups and Target Pass. Most people did very very well. Everyone except me, I failed because I’m a goalkeeper. It was very hot and Diego Colomer and Tomas Espuny left the campus after the activity. Dani Gonzalbez was the winner. It was very funny and I was very happy with the activity.

Junior Mountain Hut Night

Written by Enrique Comajuncosa

Last Saturday we went to the refuge, we went with car and when we arrived we went to take wood to do a fire. A counselor and myself did the fire, then we had a sandwich for dinner and later we told jokes and the counselors explained a scary story. Later we went to sleep in our sleeping bags and we listened to music. We had to sleep on the floor but I couldn’t sleep because I didn’t have enough space. Next day we came back walking from the refuge. On the way we took a shortcut and when we arrived we all had shower because we smelt bad.

Junior Rafting

Written by Ignacio Calabuig and Marc Zaragoza

Yesterday we got up at half past nine, we had dress and we went to have breakfast. Then we went to the dress room to change our clothes to water clothes. Later, walking to the boats we listened what we we're able to do int he boats. And in the moment more expected was when we divide us into four groups, who went each group to a different boat, then we went to the river and we started rafting. There were two waterfalls, and a lot of people. The trip lasted and hour and a quarter. It was very fun because some people fell into the water. And when it was almost finished, we jumped from a rock of five meters high. This activity is on the of the best activities in FCStage.
If you practise you'll have a very good time. And we finished at 2 o´clock we went to the hotel.

1st day: We met the teachers of English. They selected the students in two groups, the higher level and the low level. I went to the low level with my teacher David. When we went to class, we did an activity of say our names. We had to throw a ball and who catch the ball had to say his name. After this activity we did grammar lessons.
2nd day: We continued doing grammar lessons, order questions, make answers, do activities. Later we did vocabulary about football.
3rd day: Our teacher dictat us 10 sentences. Later we kipped working grammar and vocabulary. Later each other we did a line up about football players. I putted: goal keeper De Gea, defense Abidal, Puyol, Pique and Maicon, midfielders Xavi, Iniesta and Lamp, strikers Rooney, Messi and Honda.
4th day: We watched a video about tackles and we talked about different things about this video. Later we watched a part of a video about Beckham’s life, it was very interesting.
5th day: We did a vocabulary worksheet about opposite words. It was difficult because we needed to say our answers to the teacher and we couldn´t see the worksheet, if not, yellow card. Later, we watched a video about the top 10 score, and we nidded to explain what type of scores they were. Later, we continued watching the video about Beckham’s life and with this video we learned new words and we learned to understand what they were talking about. I think this day have been the most interesting English lesson.

Goalkeepers Trainings

Written by Soucheiron, Pagès, Acha and Forster

These days in football trainings we are doing special activities for goalkeepers. Our coach is Cuco. When Cuco throws us the ball we have to shout "mine". Cuco is a very good coach. He coaches Marcel, Miguel, Forster and Agustí.
IN one activity we had to catch the ball in the air and say "mine" very high. In the goalkeeper training we also practice with the feet. We play "monkey in the middle", passes with effect, normal passes. When we are tired we can drink water. We think we have learnt a lost of things. And we would like to learn more things!

Football Training (Junior Camp)

Written by Oriol Coll and Enrique Comajuncosa

Everyday we go to the training ground. Is in Les Footbal Club ground. Everyday we start doing something fun and some exercices to practice the dribbling. After that we practice a important thing: to kick the ball with the head, the possession of the ball... We also play a match in a little space that we have and we play a "triangular". The last half of the hour we do the faults tournament. We really like the trainings because we practice fun things and the coaches try to do a funny training.

A Senior Review

Hello, my name is Rafa Clavería and my friend is Quim Tortras. Yesterday we arrived to Bossost. Val d'Aran is a very beautiful place because there are lots of trees that have green leaves, there are mountains and very beautiful houses. But the climate for us, is the worst thing about Val d'Aran. It's been raining for the two days! Generally the people are very quiet. Today we woke up at 8:00 o'clock and we had breakfast at 9:00. After breakfast, we went to the English class with our new group. Our teacher is Richard. I had fun with my friends.

First Day

Written by Víctor, Borés and Forster

The adventure began at 13:30 at Plaza Borràs. All the campers met there. After that, we were separated in different groups: Mini, Junior and Senior. Mini and Junior went to Les and Senior to Bossost. The bustrip was intensive and lasted more than 4 hours. Everybody laughed, listened to music, got bored... and a camper threw up because he got ill during the trip. Later in the hotel at Bossost, the campers were separated again in smaller groups of 2, 3 and 4 students in different rooms.
