The first part of the days of the week we
are making a project of the “sporting life”. Each person makes a project. The
first part of the project is the diet, that consist of the good that it’s
healthy or is not healthy. The second part of the project is the training that
consist in the exercises do you have, for example: press up, sit up, swing your
arms…
The 3 of the project is equipament, that
consist for example the bouts of football. And the 4th part it’s
team work that you don’t have.
